Youth SET for Life is a community of learners interested in science, engineering, and technology. This site is brought to you by a core team of members. University faculty, 4-H staff, and others will provide learning materials. Youth and adults will explore and learn together. Learners can also share their own experiences with each other. The site will help you explore many areas as it grows. Farming in the 21st Century is one. Water and Energy are two other areas. Coming later will be material on the Environment and Biotechnology. Geospatial Technology is coming too. Other topics will be Animals, Plants, Insects, Earth & Space, Robotics, and Rocketry. The topics are endless.

With assistance from 3,500 corporate sponsorships and 85,000 volunteers, FIRST organizes several competitions inspiring K-12 youth into STEM education and career exploration: FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) and FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) for high-school students, FIRST LEGO® League (FLL) for children 9-14 years old, and Junior FIRST LEGO® League (JFLL) for 6 to 9 year-olds. National 4-H Council

National 4-H Council is the national, private sector non-profit partner of 4-H and the Cooperative Extension System. National 4-H Council focuses on fundraising; brand management; communications; legal and fiduciary support to national and state 4-H programs; and operation of the full-service National 4-H Youth Conference Center in Chevy Chase, Md., and the National 4-H Supply Service, the authorized agent for items bearing the 4-H Name and Emblem.
National Association of Rocketry (NAR)

The National Association of Rocketry (NAR) is the organized body of rocket hobbyists. Chartered NAR sections conduct launches, connect modelers and support all forms of sport rocketry. NAR was founded in 1957 to help young people learn about science and math through building and safely launching their own models. Together 4H clubs and NAR sections can hold sport, contest or TARC launches. They can have training and building sessions, or work on science fair and engineering challenges using rocketry. The Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES) is an agency within the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), part of the executive branch of the Federal Government.
